Community & Council Data Corrections

Report a Date Discrepancy

Has your local council changed a term date, or did your academy announce a variation? Submit details below and our editorial team will audit and update the schedule.

Our 5-Stage Verification Audit Workflow

To guarantee that parents and teachers can rely unconditionally on published dates, every submission triggers a strict editorial protocol before any database change goes live:

1. Intake & Cross-Reference

The report is logged against the council’s unique ONS code and existing verified database entry.

2. Primary Evidence Check

An auditor accesses the relevant council executive committee minutes, published PDF term orders, or statutory calendar notices.

3. Academy vs Maintained Classification

If the report pertains to a single academy or multi-academy trust, the variation is evaluated against the wider local authority policy.

4. Calendar Feed Regeneration

Upon validation, the database is updated and RFC 5545 iCalendar (.ics) subscription feeds are immediately recompiled.

5. Public Audit Log Entry

The updated council entry displays a revised verification timestamp confirming the fresh audit date.
